Report a Claim

All Claims should be sent to the following:




You will need:

  • The Program Name - Alberta Not for Profit

  • Your Policy Number

  • Your Address

  • The Date the Loss happened

  • Any third party Information, Name, Contact Information


Please have your Policy Number handy as well as the date and time the loss occurred and what was the cause of the loss. If your claim involves theft or vandalism, a police report will be required to process your claim.
